Creative Writing For the Mind, Body and Soul - Part 1

Back by popular demand, Darcy Patrick, the author of Creative Writing for the Mind, Body and Soul leads a four-part series of workshops on using writing as a therapeutic tool to fight depression and anxiety.  All you need to bring is a blank journal and something to write with.  Copies of the book will be available for $20.
