Author, speaker and writing coach Darcy Patrick leads an 8-week course based on his new book My Guided Meditation: Using Meditation as a Therapeutic Tool to Focus Your Overactive Mind. Starting with simple breathing and relaxing exercises and moving on to more advanced techniques to help with stress and anxiety, Darcy guides you through personalized meditations that will leave you feeling peaceful throughout your week.  Registration required.
