Learn to meditate with the uniqueness of Heartfulness meditation, a global movement to tune into our heart. Learn how to reduce insomnia, burnout, depersonalization, manage stress, and remove emotional baggage. The Niagara Falls Public Library has partnered with Heartfulness Meditation. 

This program will run using Zoom. Details on how to log in will be provided upon registration.
