CPNP Healthy from the Start
CPNP Healthy from the Start is a community-based program funded by the Public Health Agency of Canada offering a free drop-in program designed to offer support to participants during their pregnancy journey and for the first few weeks after birth. During our weekly sessions we offer a variety of presentations including nutritional counseling, education, and prenatal health. We offer in-person sessions in Welland and Niagara falls as well as virtual sessions. Gift cards and pre-natal supplements are available to participants.
